pk64 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the pk64 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). By registering on pk64 or using the site, you agree to be bound by all of the terms below.

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Holding more than one account per person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, pk64 reserves the right to suspend or close any or all of the accounts and forfeit the associated balances.

Account Verification

pk64 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other documents for identity verification. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on pk64 are currently supported through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Payments through any method other than those listed are not accepted.

Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: Usually completed within 1 hour

Withdrawal Terms

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. The rule of withdrawing via the same method used for the deposit may apply. pk64 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.

Welcome Bonus

New members at pk64 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 20x, applied only to the bonus amount — not to the deposited amount.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per member.
• The account must be fully verified before a bonus can be claimed.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation.
• Bonus amounts that are not used within the specified period may expire.
• Promotional offers may come with separate terms, which will be clearly stated with each offer.
• pk64 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

The pk64 VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play. VIP benefits and cashback terms are subject to change at pk64's discretion.

General VIP Terms

• Cashback benefits apply only to active account holders.
• Changes to VIP tier status are at the discretion of the pk64 platform.
• All VIP benefits will be cancelled immediately if an account is closed.

General Guidelines

pk64 offers a variety of entertainment games including casino games, slots, live dealer games, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which are clearly stated within the game itself.

Fair Play Policy

pk64 is committed to ensuring fair play. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable.

Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to influence game outcomes using any software or method.
• Colluding with other players to place bets.
• Abusing the bonus system.

Member's Rights
